Donald Trump Philly Protest

President Donald Trump visited Philadelphia, PA on Thursday January 26, 2017, to speak at the GOP retreat. It was clear that the City of Brotherly Love wasn’t about to show him any.

Aside from cannabis legalization rallies, this is the biggest protest I’ve been able to be a part of in years.

The energy felt throughout the crowd was invigorating, so many people had gathered to speak out about their fears and concerns with the newly elected administration.

The crowds wrapped around city hall and ended abruptly at the fences on 13th and Market. Countless signs, costumes and concerned faces was all that could be seen for blocks.

Having been able to not only document these events, but be a part of the resistance was truly moving.
