The East Coast Cannabis Coalition and The Panic Hour present “Smoke Down Prohibition 2.0.” The original Smoke Down Prohibition decriminalized cannabis in Philadelphia.
This cannabis legalization rally at Love Park Philadelphia occurred on 7/10/2015.
The overall goals of the rally were to raise awareness for the following causes:
- Pass a comprehensive medical cannabis bill in Pennsylvania.
- Decriminalize and legalize cannabis in PA, NY, NJ, DE, and MD so we can travel the region freely without fear of persecution.
- Lift federal restrictions on state medical cannabis programs.
- Remove cannabis from the Schedule I list
- Release prisoners of the drug war serving long term sentences for possession of cannabis.
