FDR Skatepark is a skater built and maintained park found underneath Interstate 95 in southern Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The park was built on unused public land in Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park and was created through volunteer labor and donated materials.

In addition to providing skaters with a multitude of ramps, half-pipes and pool sections; it provides graffiti artists with an abundance of concrete surfaces to practice their art.
